Knapp Music Company offers a complete repair facility for winds and strings.
We also offer free routine maintenance services for our rental instruments.
Loaner instruments are available while your instrument is being repaired.
We also provide repair services to those with privately owned instruments.

Even if you are an out-of-state customer, don't be concerned about repair.
If there is problem with your instrument, we will guide you through a diagnosis by phone,
then either instruct you through the repair (if easy), have you send the instrument to one
of our repair shops, or instruct you to have it repaired locally. We have rental instruments
located in 30 states, and our experience shows that we can handle any repair problem by working
with our customers individually to diagnose and resolve. Loaner instruments are often shipped
out during repair periods, depending on our customer's needs. We will be fair and supportive
when there is a damaged instrument.
